Easy Potato Snacks to Make at Home

  • Carefully add the potato slices to the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes

  • Using a slotted spoon, remove the chips from the oil and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil

  • Sprinkle the shredded cheese and crumbled chicken on top of the potato skins
  •  Bake in oven or in fry pan for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly

  • Serve with a dollop of sour cream and chopped chives
